(CLA B0: INIT_SESSION, VERIFY_PIN, PERMIT_TRANSFER, EXTRACT_TOKEN, DEPOSIT_TOKEN, CONFIRM_DELIVERY, ABORT_EXPORT, AUDIT_SLOT, LIST_TOKENS).
Same slot states, same 64-byte token, same status words. The lock signature is simulated, not a real ECDSA card engine.
